Returns

Unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
Returned in its original packaging.
Accompanied by proof of purchase.

Please note that certain items are non-returnable, including customized products, gift cards, and final sale items.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, before it has been processed for shipment. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
